Made with Pinot Nero grapes, this is possibly the most challenging wine made on the Farm, due to the delicate techniques used in production. The wine is obtained from new implants first harvested in 2003. They are positioned on a particularly suitable parcel of land.
The wine-making process uses techniques that respect the fruit and its integrity. Fermentation takes place in steel, with a maceration process
using low temperatures, manual follature and then aging in french barriques.
