Bianco di Rosso, obtained from Chardonnay grapes, is fermented in French oak barrels. It stays in barriques for 12 months during the refining process and is bottled after clarification.
While preserving a good acidity, the wine best expresses its personality after a further period of refinement in the bottle. It is straw yellow in colour, with green reflections. The aroma combines the fruity notes of peach and lime with the floral aroma of acacia, while the taste adds homely reminders of cream and bread. The wine feels rounded and full in the mouth. The finish is tonic and savoury, with a faintly toasted edge that hints at peanuts.
